The chief of the World Sitizen Tribunal (WOCIT) Mr Kaneko Rikio visited The Go Federation (Moscow, Russia). He met Igor Grishin, the President of The Go Federation, and they decided to develop relations between Moscow children Go club “Voskhojdenie” and children Go club in Sapporo (Japan).
Mr Kaneko is a strong 1 dan and he played several Go games with children from Moscow children Go club.
