Having weighed all the pros and cons, I decided to abandon the operation and recover myself.<br />
I was able to deal with this problem.<br />
I am many years old, but my knee joint is better than when I was 25<br />
I did not recover with the exercise that you see.<br />
By this exercise I show you what possibilities each of us has if we develop our body and our legs.<br />
I am not asking you to repeat this exercise.<br />
But if you decide to try it, then stand against the wall so that your nose and toes touch it.<br />
Knee arthritis is not a path to disability or the end of life.<br />
Diagnosis is not a death sentence!</p>
